Volunteer Apprenticeship Program for Teens in Lake Park

At PBGMA, we are proud to offer a Teen Community Service & Volunteer Apprenticeship Program that provides valuable hands-on experience in various fields.

This program is designed to help teenagers develop crucial life skills, improve people skills, foster responsibility, and build strong character.

At PBGMA, our goal is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where teens can learn essential life skills, develop responsibility, and enjoy their time with us.

Our program is designed to be both fun and educational, with a focus on creating an atmosphere that encourages personal development, teamwork, and positive energy.

Volunteer & Community Service Hours
This program offers both volunteer opportunities and community service hours that can be signed off for school or other program requirements.

Application & Interview Process
Interested applicants must complete an application, followed by an interview process. Once accepted, participants will need to pass a Level 2 background screening (required for all volunteer positions to ensure safety and trust).

Current Apprenticeship Opportunities:

• PUMA (School Pickup & Martial Arts Program) - 2024-2025 School Year: Help our famous school pick up & martial arts program. Various learning opportunities available on the mat, in the classroom, and in different sections of the academy
• Summer Camp 2025: A fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working with younger kids in a fun and energetic summer camp environment.
• In House Tournaments: Help with our in house tournament experiences. These are usually hosted on a random Saturday or Sunday during the year. Join us for a very exciting, fun filled day with alot of action and activity.
• Day Camps: Available when school is out throughout the school year.
• PUMA (School Pickup & Martial Arts Program) - 2025-2026 School Year (Starting August 2025): A year-long opportunity to continue developing your skills while helping with our school pick up and martial arts program.
