
Coach Rachel
Rachel is a Florida native who has been practicing yoga since 2012; she earned her yoga certification in 2015 in Miami, Florida. Rachel maintains the integrity of the yoga practice by honoring its Hindu origin and including its three forms; postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana). Consequently promoting the overall physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of the practitioner. Rachel believes yoga is more than what happens on the mat and the physical postures; she believes yoga has a way of infiltrating your thoughts and actions to help you take your yoga off the mat. Known to encourage self-growth, and genuinely teach yoga from the heart creating a non-judgemental and playful atmosphere with the goal of having you leave in a blissful state of mind.
Rachel is a mathematics teacher during the day, PBGMA Muay Thai student, and loves being outdoor surrounded by nature and sunshine alongside her two boys and husband.
